Louonna Kachur

Louonna Kachur is the Chief People Officer at Resultant, a growing firm specializing in data, technology and management consulting. In her executive leadership role, Louonna supports the growth and expansion of the organization by attracting, retaining and developing the very best talent and creating an amazing culture for Rezzers to thrive.

Louonna has an MBA from the IU Kelley School of Business and a Bachelors of Science in Economics and English from Valparaiso University.

As a first-gen college student and a woman in tech, Louonna is passionate about creating access to opportunities through education and mentoring. She spends her discretionary time volunteering with organizations focused on creating equity and opportunities for underserved populations. In addition to TechPoint Foundation for Youth, she also currently serves on the board for Early Learning Indiana and is a founding member of the Zionsville Parks Foundation. She is a past board member for Boys and Girls Clubs of Zionsville, Junior Achievement and Girls Inc.

Louonna is passionate about spending time outdoors hiking or kayaking and loves to travel and explore new places. Louonna is married to Doug Kachur and has 2 children, Margaux (19) and Drew (16) and a spirited (but sometimes smelly) dog, Ivy.
