Theresa Hall

As Vice-President of Engagement Operations at Project Lead The Way, Theresa leads a team that is responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to develop and formally propose annual growth and retention strategies, forecasts and goals. Her team is responsible for formally documenting associated growth and retention processes, as well as training and coaching the Engagement Team, with a vision and drive towards consistent best practices across the Nation.  

Theresa has a +30-year career in transformational education, teaching elementary school, creating a technology education franchise company, district technology coordinator and working in education non-profits.  She has been an advocate for integrating technology to advance learning in each of her roles.
