TechPoint Foundation for Youth Announces Board Roster
Sallie Mae, Lilly Show Support for K-12 STEM Education
INDIANAPOLIS (January 27, 2025) – TechPoint Foundation for Youth, the leader in STEM education efforts for Indiana, has announced its Board of Directors for 2025. Representatives from the state’s largest companies and institutions are notably on the roster, indicating that Indiana’s employers are dedicated to stewarding the next workforce generation.

Meet the newly announced 2025 board of directors, each bringing unique expertise and passion to support our mission:
Tim Coleman is the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Eli Lilly and Company. In these roles, Tim leads a global portfolio of digital transformation initiatives, working to drive impactful change and accelerate innovation in healthcare.
Dave Hallgarth is the Vice President, Office of the CIO for Sallie Mae. With over two decades of experience, Dave leads transformational technology initiatives at Sallie Mae, driven by a passion for creating opportunities that help others thrive.
Lynn Murphy-Dubbink is Director, Enterprise Products at Meta. With 20+ years of experience, Lynn is deeply committed to driving innovation and creating scalable solutions that empower organizations to grow.
Elyse Viola is the Director of Corporate Training at Roche. With 30+ years at Roche, Elyse has led and mentored teams across various divisions, driven by a deep connection to Roche’s purpose, fueling her passion both professionally and personally.
Adam Weber is the Chief Evangelist at 15Five and an Executive Coach at Adam Weber Coaching. A best-selling author and seasoned entrepreneur, Adam helps leaders navigate pressure and drive meaningful, authentic change.
TechPoint Foundation for Youth recognizes the years of service from three individuals who are rolling off the board. Jesse Kurth of Ziptility, Michael Kelly of DeveloperTown, and Louoanna Kachur of Resultant have given hundreds of hours of volunteer service throughout the years that have made a considerable difference to the organization’s mission. “We are immensely grateful to Jesse, Michael, and Louoanna for their dedicated service and the lasting impact they have had on our mission,” added George Giltner, President and CEO of TechPoint Foundation for Youth. “While they may be rolling off the board, their passion for advancing STEM education and their connection to our mission will undoubtedly continue to make a difference for years to come.”
One of the first priorities for TechPoint Foundation for Youth’s Board of Directors in 2025 includes championing the State Robotics Championship on Saturday, March 22 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Coliseum. The one-day event brings together more than 10,000 students and families from all 92 counties for the annual robotics championship, where students compete for a chance to qualify for the World Robotics Championship held in Dallas, TX in May.
