TP4Y partners with Quill Consulting LLC to develop, write, and manage the grants that fund our youth-serving mission. Quill is a small Indianapolis-based grant management firm run by Ashleigh Graves-Roesler and Bryan Roesler. 

Ashleigh and Bryan have more than 25 years of combined experience as fundraisers in the nonprofit sector. Ashleigh earned an MA in Philanthropic Studies from the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Bryan holds an MA in Philanthropic Studies from the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and an MPA in Nonprofit Management from the O’Neill School for Public and Environmental Affairs at IU. They are committed to public service and proud to be Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (Ukraine 2019). 

The Quill team shares their home and workspace in Bates-Hendricks with two rescue dogs and some lemon trees.
