Dorothy Crenshaw

 The first African-American CIO for the state of Indiana, Dorothy Crenshaw was selected as the 2010 BBA recipient for her innovative approach and lasting leadership to Indianapolis Public Schools’ Information Technology Division, ushering IPS into the digital age, to better meet the needs of students, teachers and administrators.
