Frances McCollum

 As the founding president of Life’s Transitions, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that began in August 1997, Frances McCollum was chosen as the 2005 BBA Recipient for his work with Life’s Transitions, Inc. whose mission is to help individuals and families with creative programs that empower them to be successful and contributing members of the community.
